Jaime P. Doody, MD, FRCS, joined the Department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery as an Assistant Professor officially on December 4th, 2019.
Dr. Doody earned his medical degree from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland and received his residency training in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Dr. Doody completed a one-year clinical fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology at Boston Children’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.
Dr. Doody has interest in pediatric airway and completed several quality improvement projects including complications of prolonged neonatal intubation and diagnostic efficacy of pediatric airway plain film radiology. He will begin seeing patients at the Meadowmont and Carolina Crossing Otolaryngology Clinics effective December 16th.
