- The class meets on Thursdays from 6-8 p.m. from January 16 – March 5, 2020.
- You will attend an education session weekly for 8 weeks, complete daily food and exercise journals and meet with a wellness coach to help with goal setting.
- Orientation is Thursday, January 9, 2020 from 6 – 7 pm.
