Priority will be given to projects that can lead to larger scale research with external funding, particularly those with promise to rapidly lead to COVID-19 prevention, diagnosis, treatment, cure or critical steps to enabling translation to those aims. Proposals should leverage existing strengths of UNC’s work to respond to the pandemic.
Applications are due by 5:00 PM on April 24, 2020.
We strongly encourage submission of a brief (half-page) letter of intent specifically addressing special evaluation criteria via email by April 15 to Paul Kerr.
