The Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development is currently recruiting faculty to participate in focus groups that will inform future programming and initiatives. In today’s dynamic and challenging environment, our aim is to better understand how the institution can foster an environment in which all faculty can thrive.
Recognizing that faculty are the single most important resource of the UNC School of Medicine, our aim is to better understand how the institution can foster, in the midst of these dynamic and challenging times, an environment in which all faculty can thrive.
Over the next several months, the Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development will be conducting focus groups with faculty at various ranks and levels of leadership.
Participation is voluntary, and participants will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement. There will be no more than 8 participants in each group. Participants will be asked to invest up to 1.5 hours of their time.
Your voice is critical to helping understand and address the issues that will enable our colleagues to do their best possible work.
