Without a doubt, this year has been extremely challenging for all of us. We have had to rethink every aspect of our daily lives - how and where we work, care for our children, run our errands, connect with family – and the list goes on. Having to pivot daily in order to adjust to these challenges has an effect on our emotional and physical health and well-being.

The Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention and UNC Health worked with Chatham County and N.C.
