The goal of the event is to provide new faculty with tools to help launch a successful career at the UNC School of Medicine.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the event will be held virtually. Through this event, new faculty will have the opportunity to learn about the Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development, hear from School of Medicine (SOM) leaders, and connect with other faculty at UNC SOM.
School of Medicine faculty with a start date of October 1, 2019 and after, and those who did not attend last year’s New Faculty Orientation event are encouraged to attend.
