The UNC School of Medicine seeks an experienced faculty educator to work with the leadership team in medical student education in developing the new Charlotte campus with Novant. This person will work with deans, staff leaders, and course directors in Chapel Hill and in Charlotte to prepare to deploy the UNC TEC curriculum in that setting. Areas of work will include relationship-building, inspiring engagement and ensuring faculty development, preparing for curriculum delivery and student support, addressing accreditation requirements, communicating with potential students, and identifying and developing other leaders. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with creative energy for innovation, a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity, and deep familiarity with branch campus activities.
