On December 1, 2020 the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released its final rule for the CY 2021 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule. The release includes major changes to Evaluation and Management (E/M) Office/Outpatient Services (CPT 99201-99215) codes.
To ensure providers understand the recently finalized E/M outpatient code changes, all outpatient billing providers will be required to complete a brief training – either a live or recorded webinar.
The deadline is now Feb. 28, and here are the latest training times:
7:30 – 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 27
7:30 – 8 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 4
12:30 – 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 9
4 – 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 17
4 – 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 22
