Professor William J. Powers, MD, is a professor of neurology within the Division of Stroke and Vascular Neurology.
The American Academy of Neurology (ANN) has awarded William J. Powers, MD, the 2021 A.B. Baker Teacher Recognition Award in recognition of his significant contributions to neurology education.
Dr. Powers is a professor of neurology within the Division of Stroke and Vascular Neurology. He served as the department’s chair from 2007-2018.
