Health Equity: Eliminating Health Disparities will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 23 from 5-6PM. Speakers include: Dr. Kenya McNeal-Trice, who will highlight her new role within SOM as the Chief Graduate Medical Education Officer/ACGME Designated Institutional Official; Dr. Giselle Corbie-Smith, who will discuss the history around health disparities in NC; and Dr. Keisha Gibson, who will shine a light on the disparities within kidney disease as well as her time as a SOM alum and participant of the MED Summer Program.
