The Association for Professional Women in Medical Sciences (APWIMS) and the Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development invite the SOM community to save the date for the 2021 Women in Medical Sciences Conference. This year’s conference will be held on September 24, 2021 from 9:00am-1:00pm.
Click here to view more details. The focus of this year’s conference is Empowering Your Time. Now more than ever, we are pulled in many different directions at work and at home. It can be challenging to know what to say no to, how to prioritize, and how to work efficiently. This year’s event will have two visiting speakers who are nationally known authors on productivity, time management, and creating work-life balance: Laura Vanderkam (see her TED talk viewed 6 million times) and Lori Mihalich-Levin, JD. We hope you will join us to start thinking differently about your relationship with time.
