The UNC Academy of Educators (AOE), housed within the Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development, is proud to announce the participants of the newly revamped FLAGship Program (Faculty/Fellow Leadership and Growth) launching in August 2021.
The AOE FLAGship Program, formerly known the Mentored Member Program, will launch this August with 32 new faculty and fellow participants (listed below).
Through this newly revamped program, AOE FLAGship will provide a community of educators a venue to discuss leadership development, promotion and progress, and educational literature. Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with a mentor within their home department and/or educational interest. Drs. Christina Shenvi (Emergency Medicine) and Koyal Jain (Medicine), both AOE Leadership Council members, direct the faculty and fellow tracks, respectively.
