The Core Facility Showcase video premiered during UNC Research Week 2021. Check out the amazing research facilitated by our biomedical research cores.
UNC Research Core Facilities are shared resources offering a wide range of services to the research community, including cutting edge technologies, high-end instrumentation, technical support, and education. Core facilities by general areas of focus are: animal models, biochemistry, clinical and translational, genomics, imaging, and research support services. This community includes many biomedical researchers who belong to the UNC School of Medicine, the Adams School of Dentistry, the Eshelman School of Pharmacy, the Gillings School of Global Public Health and the UNC College of Arts and Sciences. Watch how these core facilities enrich different areas of work by helping scientists launch their careers as early investigators through performing cutting edge-research.
