The Jan. 10 Working Forward return date remains the same and leaders can use discretion to determine a date that works best for their team’s return to a physical workspace.

The Working Forward date for teams to start the return to a physical work space date – Jan. 10 – will remain the same.

As a reminder, this date is just the first day for teams who have been primarily working remotely for the past two years to begin returning to a physical work location. This does not mean that every teammate in every department will return to an on-site physical workspace. It is a phased approach and will continue through summer.

Given the current surge in COVID cases, a return to a physical work location may cause anxiety for some teammates. Leaders can use discretion to determine a date that works best for their team’s return to a physical work space. The Working Forward plans are flexible and can be paused or delayed based on team needs.
