The UNC Medical Center’s Adult Rapid Response System recognizes the nurses that ensure rapid response events are successful.
I began as a new nurse graduate in the Critical Care Residency Program at UNC in Fall 2003. I have worked in critical care nursing from surgery, trauma, neuro and cardiac surgery and cardiac medicine. I have also traveled a bit as well and enjoy all forms of mentoring and clinical education.
I like aerial photography, walking, running and road-biking.
What do you like about being a Rapid Response nurse?
The randomness and “on-demand” nature of our skillset and area of practice.
