The School of Medicine Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development is covering a limited number of seats for any UNC School of Medicine faculty or staff member who is interested in signing up for the training program.
Relational Leadership™ participants will receive hands-on training with real-life application, coaching support and additional resources in a six-day program that covers topics on self-management, teamwork, conflict management and accelerating change. Alumni of the program will have the opportunity to participate in continuous interprofessional learning and practice.
The spring 2023 cohort will meet from 8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. on the following dates:
- March 2 and 3
- March 21 and 22
- April 19 and 20
To be eligible for tuition support, attendance at all sessions is required.
