The Community-Campus Partnership (CCP) seeks proposals for projects that align with local priorities in Caswell and/or Lenoir counties. Projects must build local capacity, skills, or knowledge to address current and future challenges in the areas of community and economic development, education, infrastructure, or public health; and/or improve the livability and viability of local communities.

Enarson appointed Vice Dean for Finance and Administration
Cam Enarson, MD, MBA, has been appointed as Vice Dean for Finance and Administration in the UNC School of Medicine. In this role, he will lead the School of Medicine’s Offices of Finance & Business Operations, Human Resources, Facilities and Resource Planning and Information Systems. He also holds an appointment as Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology.

Surgery Services opens 5 West and new Neuroscience ICU
On May 6, the 8-bed Neurosurgery ICU is expanding to become the 16-bed Neuroscience ICU (NSICU). The unit is expanding on 2 Anderson and incorporating a new, dynamic interdisciplinary team. This is an exciting time for us as NSICU begins providing comprehensive Neuro-specialty care.
