NC TraCS Biostatistics Seminar Series – Selected Mondays beginning Aug. 30
This semester's seminar series targets Clinical and Translational Science Investigators who have had basic training in biostatistics methods (e.g., completed Bios 541 and 542) and are interested in learning more about a variety of more advanced topics.

Memorial Hospital entrance to close March 14 for construction
The N.C. Memorial Hospital entrance will close Monday, March 14, for the installation of a new revolving door. In addition to installing the revolving door, a handicap-accessible, four-foot-wide door will also be available for patients/visitors/staff once this work is complete.

Mauro Receives Society of Interventional Radiology Gold Medal
UNC Department of Radiology Chair Matthew A. Mauro, MD, FSIR, received the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) Gold Medal at SIR's 39th Annual Scientific Meeting on March 25, 2014. The SIR Gold Medal, the Society's highest career honor, is bestowed for distinguished and extraordinary service to SIR or to the discipline of interventional radiology.
