Classroom to Clinic: First-years in the Field
The UNC School of Medicine's Clinical Week pulls medical students out of the classroom and sends them to communities across North Carolina to gain medical knowledge and develop clinical skills through interaction with primary care physicians and their patients. Construction Activities at UNC Hospitals Hillsborough Campus Begin June 11, 2018
Construction activities at the UNC Hospitals Hillsborough Medical Office Building will begin Monday, June 11, 2018. These construction activities will result in a 5,400 square foot Radiation Oncology Linear Accelerator addition, which is scheduled to open Summer of 2019.

Endurance and Outreach in Hillsborough
In the past two years, Monica Oliver, MBA, of Hillsborough Hospital, has challenged herself physically and professionally. In January, she was featured on the cover of Endurance Magazine. Soon she will lead the Hillsborough Hospital’s chapter of Girls on the Run, which is open to Hillsborough-area middle-schoolers.
