UNC Wellness Center offers Weight Loss Program
"The Weigh To Wellness" is an 8-week weight loss program that includes nutrition education, exercise, and behavior change. A Registered Dietitian leads all the education sessions while fitness professionals lead the exercise sessions.

The ninth annual Out!Raleigh festival took place on May 4, 2019. For the 3rd year in a row, UNC REX Healthcare was an event sponsor and with the LGBTQ Employee Resource Group organized 20 employees from UNC REX Healthcare, UNC Medical Center, UNC Wakebrook, and UNC Physicians Network to staff the UNC Health Care booth.

UNC Palliative Care at Home program temporarily closing June 28
The UNC Palliative Care at Home program is temporarily closing for a full reorganization on Friday, June 28. As a result, no new patient referrals to Palliative Care at Home will be accepted and appointments for currently enrolled patients will not be scheduled past Friday, June 28.
