Lindsey Atkins of the UNC Child and Adolescent Outpatient Program published a coloring book to help children cope with the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Emily Wilkins is a second-year Physician Assistant Studies student from Rutherfordton, North Carolina who returned to work in neighboring Hendersonville as a paramedic during the COVID-19 pandemic to serve our state.

Fields has produced more than 100 brackets for the hospital as well as for fire and rescue teams in Havelock, North Carolina. Fields is using an open-source design and is customizing the brackets to fit masks that health care providers use. He said it can take anywhere from 70 to 90 minutes to print about half a dozen brackets, depending on their size.

The UNC School of Medicine has researchers across disciplines working together to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.

UNC Health and WakeMed are asking community organizations, corporations, and individuals to donate much-needed medical supplies to help protect workers and patients across their respective systems.
