Balance Through Movement Lead With Compassion Yoga Teacher Training program offers an inclusive and compassionate approach to Hatha yoga with a foundation in contemporary anatomy, neuroscience, and research backed mindfulness tools. We place emphasis on body mechanics, modifications to adapt the practice, and modern knowledge of the body and mind to offer a comprehensive scope of yoga. Balance Through Movement Lead With Compassion is a Yoga Alliance certified training.

Nadia Charguia, MD, Associate Professor, Department of Psychiatry and Director of the Taking Care of Our Own program and Medical Director of UNC Psychiatry Outpatient Clinics, will co-lead the Well-Being Program with Holly Bunn, M.Ed., UNC Health System Executive Director of Learning and Organizational Development.
