Reminder: Central Inpatient Pharmacy renovation and move

At 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 27, the Central Inpatient Pharmacy (CIP) will begin to move into its temporary location - the “old” Memorial Central Outpatient Pharmacy (COP), located in the Memorial Hospital lobby, to allow for renovation of the existing CIP space. The special formulations area will temporarily relocate to the 2 Anderson pharmacy satellite (across from SICU).

Cashiering mid-day closure and request in preparation for eCash implementation

UNC is implementing a new point of service cash collections system on Monday, May 2. In preparation for this implementation, Cashiering will close on Thursday, April 28, from noon to 4 p.m. Cashiering will re-open at 4 p.m. to receive afternoon deposits. More than 200 people attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the new physicians' office building and hospital in Hillsborough, N.C. on April 20. The ceremony featured remarks from several distinguished speakers and a scholarship presentation to Patsy Williams, a student at Cedar Ridge High School in Hillsborough. The event concluded with the ceremonial breaking of the ground on UNC Hospitals' new campus.
