Update iPhones to latest iOS version to fix calendar issues

Some iPhone users have contacted the ISD Help Desk after having problems with their iPhone and Outlook calendars. Due to the bug, when declining a meeting request with an iPhone or iPad, a person can essentially become the owner of the meeting and inadvertently send a meeting cancellation to all attendees.

The recommended fix for this problem is to update your iPhone’s software to the latest version of iOS (currently 6.1.2) by opening the “Settings” app, tapping “General” ----> “Software Update” and then following instructions to install the latest update.
