Executive Chef Program welcomes Stumb from Mez

The Nutrition & Food Services team is delighted to welcome Mez’s Executive Chef Aaron Stumb, who will join UNC Hospitals’ Executive Chef Shawn Dolan and Director Angelo Mojica at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, to provide a cooking demonstration and offer a lunch special for our patients, visitors, and co-workers on patient menus and in the Terrace Café.
