Purchasing and Accounts Payables Office holiday schedule

In observance of the winter holidays, the Purchasing and Accounts Payables offices will be closed Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Dec. 24 - 26, and also Jan. 1, 2015.

We respectfully request that any orders for supplies and equipment that may be needed during those dates be provided to us well in advance to ensure timely delivery to your respective departments.

Correspondingly, there will be no check runs the week of Dec. 22 to 26. There will, however, be a very last check run the week of Dec. 29. Any employee reimbursement and/or patient check needs during the days in which the offices are open and during those specific weeks will be addressed accordingly.
