Fidelity Representative Session

Employee Benefits at Hospital
Employee Benefits office will have a representative at the hospital on Wednesday, June 10, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Medical School Wing C (old Motel) Room 102 to assist employees with benefits-related questions and forms. Employees are invited to drop in or schedule an appointment.


The Learning Experience Academy of Early Education
From 6 weeks old to 5 years, the Learning Experience Academy of Early Education provides the ideal environment for your child to learn, play and grow in. Our secure and nurturing centers help develop and extract each child's greatest potential through the use of three key educational platforms: cognitive, social and physical. UNC Health Care employees can learn more on Thursday, June 11, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Hedrick Building, ground floor lobby, and receive 10 percent off monthly tuition plus waived early care and late care program fees at all participating TLE locations. Mediation Training
The Employee Relations Department has scheduled its annual three-day mediation training for Monday, June 15, through Wednesday, June 17, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Aloft Hotel in Chapel Hill. The training is provided by Carolina Dispute Settlement Services of Raleigh.

Any employees who think they would be able to satisfactorily employ the mediation skills learned are  invited to come.  Mediation training participants will also be considered for future assignments as mediators, grievance panel members and/or grievance support persons for UNC Health Care. Anyone interested in dispute resolution in any setting should also plan to attend. You must enroll in LMS for this class. Seating is limited.
