Academic Reimbursement Policy Update

The new rates have been finalized for the 2015/2016 fiscal school year and were updated in the policy and the form and on the website on Nov. 9, 2015. Please read about an important change to the policy.

The policy currently states that employees who terminate within the six months of receiving the reimbursement in their paycheck are obligated to repay the organization for assistance received in the most recent semester. The policy now states that the same repayment obligation will be extended to employees who transfer to Per Diem status within six months of receiving the reimbursement. Click here to learn more.
