Yoga for Employees

The Women’s Health Information Center is offering Yoga@Work at a time just right for our night shift workers and early bird 9-to-5ers.

The Women’s Health Information Center is reaching out to our amazing night shift workers who need to unwind after a long shift, relax and de-stress, as well as to the day shift workers looking for a positive way to start their day. Join us for Yoga@Work, a relaxing combination of deep breathing and core-building poses, on Wednesday mornings from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. in the Women’s Health Information Center on the ground floor of the Women’s Hospital. We also offer Yoga@Work on Mondays from 11:45 a.m. - 12:35 p.m. and Thursdays from 4:45 - 5:35 p.m.
