‘Faces of UNC Health Care’ gallery to go on display Aug. 26

We all have a story to share. The ‘Faces of UNC Health Care’ gallery, which will go on display beginning Friday, Aug. 26, in the corridor between the N.C. Cancer and N.C. Neurosciences Hospitals, celebrates the achievements and personal stories of the patients, caregivers, researchers, students, and teachers of UNC Health Care and the UNC School of Medicine.

Each image in the gallery will be displayed with a short description of the individual depicted, and a link and QR code to his/her full story.

Moving forward, new faces and stories will be added to the gallery several times each year. We encourage everyone to share stories of the incredible individuals you encounter across UNC Health Care and the UNC School of Medicine at http://news.unchealthcare.org/faces

The corridor between the Cancer and Neurosciences lobbies previously hosted the incredibly successful ‘New Face of Cancer Care’ gallery that celebrated our patients and caregivers as part of the 2009 opening of the N.C. Cancer Hospital. As they come down, the ‘New Face of Cancer Care’ prints will be shared with the individuals featured in those prints as a small ‘thank you’ for their participation and support.
