Weight Loss Class Offered

Eight-week weight loss classes offered at the UNC Wellness Center at Meadowmont. Learn about healthy eating, exercise, and lifestyle change. Orientation for the class is Jan. 10 from 6-7 p.m.

The Weigh To Wellness is an eight-week weight loss class that includes nutrition education, exercise, and behavior change. Class meets on Thursdays from 6-8 pm from Jan. 17-March 7, 2019. Participants will attend an education session weekly for eight weeks, complete daily food and exercise journals and meet with a wellness coach to help with goal setting.
