REMINDER: Invest 5 minutes in Yourself by participating in Well-Being Index

Last week, you should have received an email invite to participate in the Well-Being Index. Thanks to everyone who has already participated – we hope you found the feedback and resources valuable. If you haven’t already, please take five minutes this week to register and complete the 9-question assessment of your stress and well-being.

  • Look for your email invite from ‘UNCHCS and SOM – Well-Being Index’ ( with the subject line of “You're Invited to the UNC HCS and SOM Well-Being Index.” View details.
  • If you didn’t receive an invite, please contact the Well-Being ProgramNote: if you have previously participated in the Well-Being Index, you would not have received an invite on Oct 24 as you already have a Well-Being Index account.
