University Weeknight Parking Program Begins Aug. 15
Beginning Aug. 15, the University will charge a fee to employees who park on campus from Monday evenings through Friday mornings from 5 p.m. until 7:30 a.m. Daytime parking permits for employees will be honored at night. Parking permits are not required for employees to park on campus from Friday at 5 p.m. until Monday at 7:30 a.m.
Employees/Managers: Confirm your timesheet and/or Approve Direct Report(s) timesheets in myTime
Please remember that per policy, non-exempt employees are strongly encouraged to review their timesheet each pay period, exempt employees must confirm their timesheet each pay period, and supervisors must sign-off on all of their employees’ timesheets each pay period in myTime by 11:59 p.m. the Monday each pay period ends (Monday, Aug. 12, for this pay period).
PTO Leave Sell Back Program Period Aug. 1 – 22
UNC Medical Center will offer Paid Time Off (PTO) sell-back election periods quarterly to employees. To be eligible for the sell-back options, employees must have at least 88 hours of PTO available. Employees are eligible to automatically receive a sell-back based on their election of 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% of all hours over 80 with a minimum of eight hours required for distribution. Planned Muse Downtime – Aug. 12
Muse will be unavailable from 11 p.m. Monday, Aug. 12, through 5 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13. During the downtime, you will be unable to log into Muse, transmit EKGs, or pull patient information and orders to the EKG carts. However, any existing links in Epic@UNC for EKGs will be available.
