A Time to Renew, Replenish, & Relax

Take a break from the inner and outer distractions of Daily Life as you are reminded of the possibilities for calming and nurturing yourself while practicing techniques for applying Mindfulness to every aspect of your life.
Our day will include:

- Mindful Movement
- Restorative Yoga
- Walking Meditation
- Mindful Communication
- Time for Solitude
No former experience is necessary for attendance at this Retreat.
