Join us for a three class series designed to nurture your entire being through physical therapy-informed techniques, therapeutic yoga-based movement, and guided mindfulness. Through these mindful practices you will experience a holistic reset to nourish the nervous system, align the body and calm the mind. We’ll work together to cultivate a deeper awareness of your body, allowing you to move with greater ease and confidence.
Appropriate for individuals seeking a nourishing, mindful movement focused on self-care.

● $60 for the 3 class series
● Each practice’s recording will be available for 1 week after each class in case you miss a class or want to practice more during the week
Instructors
Whitney Wilkerson and Laura Terry, co-founders and lead trainers of Lead with Compassion Yoga Teacher
Whitney G. Wilkerson, NBC-HWC, E-RYT 500, Yoga Educator, and Balance Through Movement Founder
With a focus on compassion-based interventions, Whitney is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness coach and inter-faith chaplain working in pediatrics. She supports others in building and maintaining physical, emotional, & spiritual health through creative expression, mindful awareness, and somatic exploration.
Laura Terry, Masters in Physical Therapy, BA in Exercise and Sport Science, E-RYT 200, Yoga Educator, and Balance Through Movement Founder
A Physical Therapist since 1998 and a yoga instructor since 2008, Laura Terry combines the science of Physical Therapy and the mind/body integration of yoga in her teaching. Laura has her own private practice of Yoga and Physical Therapy in Chapel Hill.
