An Evening of Mindfulness and Meditation (Online)

Feeling Squeezed and Pulled in All Directions??Is your Ruminating Mind and Catastrophic Thinking the Driver behind your Daily Life? Join us in this Evening of Mindfulness “Mini Retreat” as you take time to Pause for Self-Care. The evening will consist of Mindfulness Meditation practices that will help to bring a sense of calm and ease and provide you with techniques to take out into your busy days.

Meditations will include:

  • The Breathing Space
  • Body Scan Practice
  • Lightly Guided Seated Meditation
  • Loving Kindness Meditation

This workshop is ideal for anyone experiencing acute or chronic health issues, everyday stressors, anxiety, insomnia, physical pain and more.
