AOE Virtual Faculty Exchange – “Five Essential Components in Feedback”

Join us for the virtual faculty exchange “Five Essential components in feedback” with J.M.Monica van de Ridder, PhD, MSc from Michigan State University. Dr. van de Ridder moved from the Netherlands to the USA to work as Assistant Professor in the College of Human Medicine (CHM) at Michigan State University in the Department of Emergency Medicine. At Spectrum Health Hospital Group, she works in the area of Faculty Development. She also serves as the co-chair of our Spectrum Health Academy of Physician Educators (SHAPE) and director of the Clinical Teaching Program.
