Beginners Yoga Series

$60 for the three-class series
Each practice’s recording will be available for one week after each class in case you miss a class or want to practice more during the week.
Yoga Alliance continuing education credits (3 hours) available for yoga teachers (for live attendance only)
Join veteran yoga teachers, Laura Terry and Whitney Wilkerson, for this live, online 3 part series for beginners or for those looking for a back to basics class. Explore the building blocks of purposeful and mindful yoga, including common poses and sequences, pranayama (breathing exercises) and guided mindfulness practice. Each class will build on the one before, offering opportunities to integrate the information and practice on your own between sessions. Opportunity to adapt the practice to your own body and your body’s history through modifications offered throughout (no need to be super flexible or athletic!)
This series is also great for yoga teachers or aspiring yoga teachers looking to teach a mindful and compassionate approach to yoga for beginner or mixed level classes.
Recommended props: mat, yoga block(s), strap, blanket/towel, bolster or bed pillows.
