Children’s Research Institute Seminar Series: “Applications of Adeno-Associated Virus Vector Mediated Gene Delivery in Pediatrics”

While significant progress continues to be made in adeno-associated virus (AAV) vector mediated gene delivery in clinical trials, several challenges remain in improving AAV transduction efficiency, tropism, and immunity to the AAV capsid and transgene.
