FACULTY Mock Interviewers Needed

We need YOU (Faculty) to help prepare our Senior Medical Students for their Match Interview season! Fellows and Residents are asked not to volunteer for this service, given that it could raise potential conflict during Interview Season.

Please consider volunteering as a MOCK interviewer to help prepare our Graduating Medical Students for their upcoming Match Interviews.  The mock interviews will be virtual and will be held between September 8 – October 23, 2026.

Sign-up for time slots using this link: Mock Interviewers Sign-Up.  We ask that you sign up asap.

1. Make sure to read instructions on sign up regarding time blocks, commitments, and blocking off time.
2. The interview blocks are 2 hours each (4 possible interviews).  Interviews run 30 minutes: 20-minutes for the interview, 3-5 minutes of in-person feedback, and then 3-5 minutes to fill out the electronic evaluation form to submit after the interview. 3. The evaluation feedback will go directly to the student after submission.
4. The students are responsible for sending you an Outlook calendar invite for the date and time slot, their zoom link, CV and specialty choice.  An email connecting students with you will be sent the week before scheduled interviews and will also include the evaluation form and a link to common interview questions.
