October 23-24 and November 16-17, 8:30 am-4:30 pm each day (in person)
Relational Leadership Institute is a four-day, intensive, participatory learning experience that focuses on both large group didactic and discussions, as well as practice sessions designed to move you through the four domains of Relational Leadership™: manage self; foster teamwork; coach & develop; accelerate change. Each session builds on the next, making attendance at all 4 dates a requirement to participate.
