If you have wondered about Mindfulness and Meditation but are not sure to begin, we can help. Join us for this introduction to Mindfulness that explores what Mindfulness is and isn’t.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Explore the meaning of Mindfulness
- Experience a brief Mindfulness Meditation
- Discuss the potential benefits of practicing mindfulness
- Learn about the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Courses
