Experience the benefits of a Morning of Mindfulness.

Join us in this Morning of Mindfulness “Mini Retreat” as you Pause for Self-Care.

The morning will consist of Mindfulness Meditation practices, which will help you feel calm and at ease as you experience techniques that can carry you through your busy days.

These Meditations are great for anyone experiencing acute or chronic health issues, everyday stressors, anxiety, Insomnia, physical pain, and more.

The Morning of Mindfulness is open to all!
