2021 Women’s Heart Symposium

In North Carolina, cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death among women, with heart disease and stroke accounting for more than a quarter of all deaths. Education can help reverse this trend and is the core component of the Women’s Heart Symposium.

We hope you can join Dr. Paula Miller, UNC School of Medicine professor and director of the UNC Women’s Heart Program, and other cardiovascular experts in a range of heart health topics. This year’s event will be virtual, and you are able to sign up for one or multiple sessions below.
