  • Do you know about the UNC Antibody Core Facility?
The Antibody Core Facility specializes in the production of monoclonal antibody-producing hybridoma cell lines from mice, rats, and hamsters. To date, the facility has successfully completed over 100 hybridoma projects. The facility can also produce large amounts of crude antibody in vitro for investigators as well as purify both polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies from tissue culture media or ascites. This non-profit facility is available to everyone at UNC.
