Coding work time after snow event

Please read this notice if you have questions about coding your time after last week's snow event.

Please note that the snow event last week may trigger the need for particular coding of work time for certain groups/categories of employees (primarily staff, or SPA employees who are subject to the state personnel act). Detailed guidance has been shared with the timekeeping system administrators across campus as to how to account for the specific conditions declared last week by the University. If you have specific questions regarding your individual time, please contact the HR Representatives supporting your work unit for direction on questions.
