Issues and Fixes:

A page has been developed that documents known ConnectCarolina issues and solutions. It is updated on a daily basis. This vital resource will allow you to stay abreast of system status updates that may affect your work. That page is available here.

Business Systems Help Desk:

The ConnectCarolina Business Systems Help Desk is available to provide support on weekdays from 8 am – 6 pm. They can be contacted by calling 919-962-HELP or through http://help.unc.edu. For detailed instructions for filing an online Help ticket, click here.

System Access:

A new process is now in place for users who need new or expanded access to ConnectCarolina and InfoPorte. Click here to find out what you need to do to request access to these systems.

Walk In Clinic:

To help users navigate problems in the new system, ConnectCarolina subject matter experts continue to staff a walk in clinic being held in MacNider 067. The clinic is available Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm and will be open until November 14.
