Influenza Vaccinations for University Employees

It's time for flu shots! University employees who get a flu shot from University Employee Occupational Health Clinic will receive a coupon for 20% OFF any single item in the Clothing & Gifts department or Bull's Head Bookshop at UNC Student Stores.

All University identified Healthcare workers such as medical staff, contract workers, students, volunteers, vendors, and any School of Medicine employees identified as providing service in one of UNC Hospitals or in our off-campus locations are also required to receive a flu vaccine, except for those who have a valid medical/religious exemption. Read more details about exemptions at http://flu.unc.edu.

The University Employee Occupational Health Clinic (UEOHC) is offering walk-in flu vaccinations for University employees (including the School of Medicine) who are part of the University's Immunization Review Program. The UEOHC clinics are for University Healthcare Personnel only. The UEOHC is located at 145 N. Medical Drive.

Walk-in clinics are being held Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 - 12:00 and 1:00 - 3:00. To reduce your wait time at the UEOHC, please complete the form here and bring a printed copy with you. (The forms below are for the clinics listed below only. This is the form for the UEOHC.)

Additional clinics are scheduled on campus. Locations close to School of Medicine buildings include clinics at the Genetic Medicine Building on Oct. 14, MBRB on Nov. 11, and the Michael Hooker Research Center (School of Public Health) on Nov. 15.

UEHOC has also scheduled a family flu clinic at the UNC Rehabilitation Center on Oct. 11.

School of Medicine employees who cannot make it to the UEOHC on a walk-in flu clinic day may also make an appointment to receive the influenza vaccine any clinic day of the week by using the online appointment schedule and selecting "Immunization Review-New" from the drop down menu.
