ConnectCarolina Help and Support

As users continue to get up to speed using ConnectCarolina, there are multiple options available for help and support.

Business Systems Help Desk:

The ConnectCarolina Business Systems Help Desk is available to provide support. They are available on weekdays from 8 am - 6 pm and can be contacted by calling 919-962-HELP or through http://help.unc.edu. For detailed instructions for filing an online Help ticket, click here.

Walk-In Clinic:

To help users navigate problems in the new systems, ConnectCarolina subject matter experts continue to staff a walk in clinic being held in MacNider 067. The clinic is available Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm and will be open until November 14. No prior registration is required. Feel free to drop in.

User Forum:

A forum has also been created to give users the opportunity to ask questions, share workarounds and tips for getting the most out of ConnectCarolina. The forum can be accessed here.

Resource Documents:

No one could be expected to retain all of the information from training classes. With that in mind, all course resource documents are now available. In addition, slide shows from live demos and other relevant presentations including webinar recordings have all been posted online to refresh your memory. Those are available here.
