Langley Completes AAMC Leadership Institute

Ken Langley, deputy director for the Office of Information Systems, recently completed the Association of American Medical Colleges’ Group on Information Resources Leadership Institute.

He joins more than 250 graduates from across the country who have earned this certificate. The four-day institute, organized by the AAMC Group on Information Resources and directed by Jill Jemison, is designed to help participants fulfill their responsibilities as information and education technology leaders. This institute is offered exclusively to leaders in AAMC-member medical schools and teaching hospitals who support technology solutions within the education, research and clinical environment. The program helps rising technology leaders prepare to lead in the changing world of data integration, collaboration and compliance.  Langley has received a certificate of completion and letter of commendation from Darrell G. Kirch, MD, President and CEO of the AAMC.
